Polar Chill Texas provides mobile frozen air therapy services delivered on-site to events, worksites, sporting events, corporate gatherings, and other locations in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. Our services are designed to provide heat stress relief and recovery support through the use of safe, dry cold air technology.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental or guardian consent.

• You are in adequate physical health to participate in cold air therapy.

• You have disclosed any pre-existing medical conditions that may be affected by cold air exposure.

• You have read, understood, and signed our Waiver and Release of Liability prior to participating in any session.

4. Health & Safety

Polar Chill Texas prioritizes the safety of all clients. You acknowledge that:

• Frozen air therapy may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions including but not limited to cardiovascular conditions, Raynaud's disease, cold urticaria, or pregnancy.

• It is your responsibility to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before participating if you have any health concerns.

• Our staff monitors all sessions but is not responsible for undisclosed medical conditions.

• You agree to immediately inform staff of any discomfort during your session.

TERMS OF SERVICE

5. Waiver & Release of Liability

All participants are required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability before participating in any session. By signing the waiver, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with frozen air therapy and release Polar Chill Texas, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation.

6. Booking & Cancellations

When booking Polar Chill Texas for an event or service:

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through our website.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Polar Chill Texas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• In the event of a cancellation by Polar Chill Texas, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

7. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking. Polar Chill Texas reserves the right to require a deposit to confirm bookings. All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, images, logos, and branding, are the property of Polar Chill Texas and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
